ABOUT THE AREA & WHERE TO RIDE

Philadelphia is the city where history and culture collide. It is the birthplace of America's first zoo, the Philly Cheese Steak, soft pretzels, and Rocky Balboa. During the American Revolution, Philadelphia played an instrumental role as a meeting place for the Founding Fathers of the United States, who signed the Declaration of Independence right here at Independence Hall in 1776 and the Constitution in 1787. Independence National Historical Park  and the Liberty Bell are the city's most famous attractions. Other historic sites include the homes of poet Edgar Allan Poe, and designer of the American flag, Betsy Ross. Philadelphia is recognized as the World's Largest Outdoor Museum, boasting over 3,000 outdoor murals and sculptures and is home to Fairmount Park, one the largest urban parks in the world.  What better way to see it all than from a bike?
